I am Dr. Sharlene Allen-Milton. During August 2016, I was 42 and I had a part-time private practice. I was starting my job as a social work professor and I was planning to marry Ana's dad in five months. I remember feeling so alone. I struggled with the thoughts of how I was going to manage family, work, life and other activities that were near and dear to my heart. In order to stop feeling overwhelmed there were things that I had to do!

For five years I have personally experienced, researched, written articles and presented several workshops on the topic of work-life harmony. I have the personal, research and educational experiences to give you the strategies that you need!
